TRANSFER OF LAND ACT 1958 - SECT 128
Contracts entered into before amendment of Seventh Schedule(1) The Seventh Schedule as amended by the Conveyancers Act 2006 applies to contracts for the sale of land entered into on or after the commencement of item 6.6 of Schedule 2 to that Act.
(2) The Seventh Schedule as in force immediately before the commencement of item 6.6 of Schedule 2 to the Conveyancers Act 2006 continues to apply to contracts for the sale of land entered into before the commencement of that item.
