TRANSFER OF LAND ACT 1958 - SECT 125

On and from the commencement of section 6 of the Transfer of Land (Single Register) Act 1998 , a search of title carried out in accordance with section 26F of this Act as in force immediately before that commencement is deemed to be a search of title carried out in accordance with section 26J of this Act as amended by the Transfer of Land (Single Register) Act 1998 .
