TRANSFER OF LAND ACT 1958 - SECT 124
Limited folios and qualified folios(1) On the commencement of section 6 of the Transfer of Land (Single Register) Act 1998 , each limited folio existing under Part II immediately before that commencement is deemed to be a provisional folio created under Division 3 of Part II on that commencement.
(2) On the commencement of section 6 of the Transfer of Land (Single Register) Act 1998 , each qualified folio existing under Part II immediately before that commencement is deemed to be a provisional folio created under Division 2 of Part II on that commencement.
