TRANSPORT INTEGRATION ACT 2010 - SECT 66F

Unless the Transfer Order otherwise provides, each transferor transport body instrument relating to property, rights or liabilities transferred to the transferee transport body continues to have effect according to its tenor on and after the transfer date as if a reference in the instrument to the transferor transport body were a reference to the transferee transport body.
