TRANSPORT INTEGRATION ACT 2010 - SECT 64M

The Head, Transport for Victoria may after giving 7 days' notice in writing to the occupier of a building—

        (a)     enter the building at any reasonable hour in the day-time;

        (b)     inspect, make measurements and drawings and take photographs of the building;

        (c)     take any other measures the Head, Transport for Victoria considers are necessary to ascertain the construction and condition of the building.
