TRANSPORT INTEGRATION ACT 2010 - SECT 141U

    (1)     The Port of Hastings Corporation must consult with the Secretary and obtain the approval of the Minister before acquiring or disposing of any interest in land.

    (2)     Subsection (1) does not apply to any interest in land or class of interest in land exempted by the Minister by notice in writing given to the Port of Hastings Corporation.
