TRANSPORT INTEGRATION ACT 2010 - SECT 115Q

    (1)     Subject to section 115R, Safe Transport Victoria must exercise its powers and discharge its duties subject to—

        (a)     the general direction and control of the Minister; and

        (b)     any specific directions given by the Minister.

    (2)     Any specific directions given under subsection (1)(b) may be published in the Government Gazette.
