Trustee company not to refuse to register shares

49. Trustee company not to refuse to register shares

Notwithstanding anything in the memorandum of association or articles of
association of a trustee company, the trustee company shall not refuse to
register a transfer to any person of shares in the trustee company made on or
after the commencement of this section. _______________
