Investments of moneys in reserve fund

38. Investments of moneys in reserve fund



(1) Moneys in a reserve fund may be invested in any manner in which trust
moneys may be invested by a trustee under the Trustee Act 1958.

(3) Notwithstanding subsection (1), where the Treasurer directs a trustee
company that a prescribed amount or proportion of moneys in its reserve fund
shall be invested in prescribed securities, not less than that amount or
proportion shall be so invested.

(4) In subsection (3), prescribed securities means securities that are
specified by the Treasurer.
