30. Winding up by the Court and transfer to new trustee



(1) Where an application (not being an application by the Commissioner) is
made to the Supreme Court for the winding up of a trustee company, the
applicant or, where the application is made by two or more persons, one of the
applicants, shall give notice in writing to the Commissioner of the making of
the application.

(2) Where an application is made to the Supreme Court for the winding up of a
trustee company, the Minister may apply to the Supreme Court for an order
appointing another trustee company a new trustee of the trust business of the
first-mentioned trustee company.



(3) Part IV of the Trustee Act 1958 applies to an application by the Minister
under subsection (2).
