Preparation of wills

20A. Preparation of wills

Despite anything to the contrary in the Legal Profession Act 2004, a trustee
company may prepare wills and charge a fee and recover disbursements for will
preparation and other related services, if the wills are prepared under the
direction and control of an Australian legal practitioner within the meaning
of that Act.
