TRANSPORT (COMPLIANCE AND MISCELLANEOUS) ACT 1983 - SECT 306
Pending applications for authorisations(1) This section applies to an application for authorisation made under section 221B before the commencement day in respect of which the Director has not made a decision whether to give the authorisation before that day.
(2) On and after the commencement day, the Secretary may make the decision under Division 4AA of Part VII, and for that purpose, anything done before that day by the Director for the purpose of making that decision is taken to have been done by the Secretary.
