Loss of earning capacity

7. Loss of earning capacity

A reference in Part 3 to loss of earning capacity of a person as a result of
an injury as a result of a transport accident is a reference to loss of the
capacity to earn having regard to-

   (a)  the nature of the injury; and

   (b)  the degree of impairment; and

   (c)  the potential for rehabilitation and the person's ability to undertake
        rehabilitation; and

   (d)  the person's training, skills and experience; and

   (e)  the age of the person.
