Advice of return to work

45A. Advice of return to work



(1) If a person who has been receiving compensation under this Act returns to
any work (whether as an earner or otherwise), the person must immediately
notify the Commission in writing of the return to work.

(2) A person is guilty of an offence if-

   (a)  the person fails to comply with subsection (1); and

   (b)  that failure has materially affected a decision concerning the payment
        of compensation under this Act.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.
