41B. Uninsured motor vehicle accidents on private land11





(1) The Commission is not liable to pay compensation in accordance with this
Act in respect of the owner of an uninsured motor vehicle who is injured or
dies as a result of a transport accident involving the driving of that motor
vehicle on private land.

(2) In subsection (1)-

private land has the same meaning as in section 41A(2);

uninsured motor vehicle means a motor vehicle in respect of which the
transport accident charge has not been paid for at least 12 months.
