Guarantee of the Commission's liabilities under this Part

33F. Guarantee of the Commission's liabilities under this Part



(1) The due satisfaction of amounts payable by the Commission as a result of,
or in connection with, the operation of section 33C including, without
limiting the generality of the foregoing, the payment of expenses of enforcing
or obtaining or endeavouring to enforce or obtain such satisfaction is
guaranteed by the Government of Victoria.

(2) A guarantee under this section may be enforced under Part II of the
Crown Proceedings Act 1958.
