TRANSPORT ACCIDENT ACT 1986 - SECT 24
Advisory committees(1) The Commission may appoint advisory committees for the purpose of providing advice and information to assist the Commission in the performance of its functions.
(2) A member of an advisory committee must be paid such allowances and expenses as are determined by the Minister.
(3) Payments under subsection (2) shall be paid out of the Fund.
