Commencement

2. Commencement



(1) Sections 1, 2, 3, 152 and 179(5) and Division 3 of Part 10 come into
operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent and the
remaining provisions of this Act, except section 181, come into operation on a
day or days to be proclaimed.

(2) Section 181 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 20 May 1986.
