Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A document or copy of a document bearing the written, stamped or printed signature of the Chief Executive Officer of the Commission is until the contrary is proved, deemed to have been duly signed by the Chief Executive Officer.
(2) Judicial notice must be taken of the signature of the Chief Executive Officer and of the fact that that person holds or has held the office of Chief Executive Officer of the Commission.
