Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf a person injured as a result of a transport accident dies after the Commission has determined the amount of a payment or benefit under section 47 to which the person was entitled immediately before the death but before the payment is made, the Commission is liable to make the payment to the legal personal representative of the person.
