Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf a person is convicted of an offence against section 116 or 117, any payments of compensation made by the Commission as a result of or partly as a result of the commission of the offence may be recovered as a debt due from the person to the Commission together with interest at the prescribed rate calculated from the date on which payments were made until the debt is paid.
