Unauthorised use of licence

7. Unauthorised use of licence



(1) The holder of a licence must not transfer or lend, or attempt to transfer
or lend, the licence to another person or allow another person to use the
licence.

(2) A person must not obtain the transfer of, or borrow or use, or attempt to
obtain the transfer of, or attempt to borrow or use, a licence of which the
person is not the holder.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.
