Protection for things done under Act

47A. Protection for things done under Act



(1) An action does not lie against an applicant, a licensee or any other
person on account of any information provided to the Authority, any
publication made or anything done under the authority of this Act or provided
made or done purportedly under the authority of this Act or on account of any
omission made in good faith in the administration of this Act.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to anything done or omitted to be done in
the performance of a duty by a public statutory authority, a member of a
public statutory authority or any person employed in the service of the Crown.
