Limitation

43. Limitation

Notwithstanding anything in any Act, proceedings for an offence against this
Act, or for aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring the commission of such
an offence, may be brought within the period of three years after the
commission of the alleged offence or, with the consent of the Director of
Public Prosecutions, at any later time.
