Waiver or refund of fees

42BA. Waiver or refund of fees

The Registrar may, in a particular case or class of cases-

   (a)  waive or reduce fees that would otherwise be payable under this Act;
        or

   (b)  refund, in whole or in part, fees paid under this Act.
