Application of provisions relating to inspections

39W. Application of provisions relating to inspections

Sections 116, 120, 121A, 133, 135, 136, 137, 138 and 139 of the
Fair Trading Act 1999 apply (with any necessary modifications) in relation to
the exercise or attempted exercise of a power of an inspector under this Part
as if any reference in those sections to Part 10 of that Act were a reference
to this Part.
