33. Supervision of conduct of business

A licensee must not carry on business as a travel agent unless, at each place
at which the licensee so carries on business, there is present and in charge
of the day-to-day conduct of the business at that place a person (whether or
not the person is the licensee) who has the prescribed qualifications or
experience. Penalty: 10 penalty units.
