32. Name to appear on documents



(1) A licensee must not, in the course of carrying on business pursuant to the
licence, issue a letter, statement, invoice, cheque, receipt or other document
on which there does not appear in legible characters the name of the licensee
identified as the holder of a licence under this Act, whether or not the
licensee is authorized by the licence to carry on business under a name other
than the name of the licensee.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

(2) A reference in subsection (1) to the name of a licensee includes, in the
case of a licensee who carries on business in partnership with another
licensee or other licensees, a reference to the names of all the partners.

(3) Subsection (1) does not affect the operation of section 20 of the
Business Names Act 1962.
