Automatic cancellation of licence

16A. Automatic cancellation of licence

A person's licence is automatically cancelled if the person-

   (a)  becomes an insolvent under administration; or

   (b)  in the case of a body corporate, becomes an externally-administered
        body corporate within the meaning of the Corporations Act; or



   (c)  becomes a represented person within the meaning of the
        Guardianship and Administration Act 1986.
