Form of licence

13. Form of licence



(1) Subject to section 10(7), a licence-

   (a)  must be in a form approved by the Authority; and



   (b)  must be issued by the Authority; and

   (c)  if it authorizes the licensee to carry on business under a name or
        names in addition to, or in substitution for, the name of the
        licensee-must bear an endorsement to that effect.

(2) The Authority may, on the application of a licensee, add or amend an
endorsement referred to in subsection (1)(c).
