Proceedings under section 6(2)Despite the repeal of subsection (1) of section 37 by section 16 of the Tobacco (Amendment) Act 2000 , that subsection, as in force immediately before the commencement of that section, continues to apply in respect of an offence committed before that commencement if a notice under that subsection in respect of that offence was given before that commencement.
