Production of identity card

36B. Production of identity card



(1) An inspector must produce his or her identity card for inspection-

   (a)  before exercising a power under this Part other than a requirement
        made by post; and

   (b)  at any time during the exercise of a power under this Part, if asked
        to do so.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

(2) This section does not apply to the exercise of a power under section
36E(1).
