Validity of acts and decisions

27. Validity of acts and decisions

An act or decision of the Foundation is not invalid by reason only-

   (a)  of a vacancy in the office of a member; or

   (b)  of any defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment
        of a member; or

   (c)  in the case of a person appointed to act as Chairperson or as a
        member, that the occasion for so acting had not arisen or had ceased.
