TOBACCO ACT 1987 - SECT 15ZA
Offence to provide false or misleading information to Secretary(1) A person must not give information to the Secretary under this Part that the person knows to be false or misleading in any material particular.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.
(2) A person must not produce a document to the Secretary under this Part that the person knows to be false or misleading in any material particular without indicating the respect in which it is false or misleading and, if practicable, providing correct information.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.
