Smokeless tobacco

15. Smokeless tobacco



(1) A person must not manufacture or sell a tobacco product other than a
product prepared for smoking.

Penalty: 100 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the manufacture or sale of prescribed
tobacco products.
