Application of definitions to this Part

82C. Application of definitions to this Part



(1) In this Part, the expressions railway, rail infrastructure, rail safety
work and rolling stock have the same meanings as in section 3 of the
Rail Safety Act 2006.

(2) In this Part, the expressions harbour master, master, owner, pilot,
pilotage services provider, pilot exempt master and vessel have the same
meanings as in section 3(1) of the Marine Act 1988.
