Minister may make use of services of officers etc. of public service or public entities

7. Minister may make use of services of officers etc. of public service or
public entities

For the purposes of this Act the Minister administering this Act with the
consent of the Minister administering the Department concerned or (as the case
requires) of the body concerned may make use of the services of any officer or
employee of the public service or a public entity subject to the agreement of
that officer or employee.
