6A. Particular powers of Secretary





(1) The Secretary, on behalf of the Crown, may acquire, hold or dispose of
real or personal property in connection with the performance of the functions
of the Department and the achievement of its objects under this Act.

(4) The Secretary, on behalf of the Crown, may enter into an agreement
referred to in section 4A(1).
