Corporations to provide budgetary information
65. Corporations to provide budgetary information
Where the Minister administering Part 7 of the Financial Management Act 1994,
through the Minister, requests any information relating to the budgets or
budgetary or financial position of the Corporation, the Corporation shall as
soon as possible provide that information as far as is practicable.
