Interim budgets

64. Interim budgets



(1) If at the commencement of a financial year the budget for the Corporation
has not been approved pursuant to section 61 the Corporation shall operate
within an interim budget agreed to by the Minister, the Minister administering
Part 7 of the Financial Management Act 1994 and the Treasurer and any deficit
included in that interim budget may be funded in whole or in part by any
appropriation available for the purpose.

(2) An interim budget shall lapse when a final budget is approved for the
Corporation pursuant to section 61.
