Revised budgets

63. Revised budgets

Where, during the course of a year, the Minister has submitted to the
Treasurer and the Minister administering Part 7 of the
Financial Management Act 1994 a proposed revised budget for the Corporation
for the remainder of the year the Minister, the Minister administering Part 7
of that Act and the Treasurer shall consider that revised budget and the
method of funding any changes in deficits in the budget of the Corporation
which result from those agreements.
