Minister to submit budgets

61. Minister to submit budgets

Before the Minister approves any budget or revised budget pursuant to section
60 he shall-

   (a)  submit the budgets he proposes to approve for the Corporation for the
        whole financial year to the Minister administering Part 7 of the
        Financial Management Act 1994 for that Minister's consideration and
        approval; and



   (b)  submit to the Minister administering Part 7 of the
        Financial Management Act 1994 any proposed revised budget for a
        portion of a financial year for that Minister's consideration and
        approval together with an estimate of the result of the budgets for
        the Corporation for which a revised budget is not proposed.
