59. Treasurer or Minister to advise of budgetary guidelines etc.

To assist the Corporation in the preparation of its budgets for the next
financial year the Treasurer or the Minister administering Part 7 of the
Financial Management Act 1994 (or the Treasurer and that Minister acting
jointly, as the case requires) shall as soon as practicable after 1 May supply
to the Minister information as to any guidelines, targets and parameters to be
taken into account in such preparation and the Minister shall inform the
Corporation accordingly.
