Revenue allocation agreements

4A. Revenue allocation agreements



(1) The Crown may enter into agreements relating to the allocation of revenue
derived from the provision by any person or body of any passenger services or
other transport services.

(2) An agreement referred to in subsection (1) may be entered into on behalf
of the Crown by the Secretary or the Director or the Secretary and the
Director acting jointly.
