Powers of Corporations

38. Powers of Corporations



(1) The Corporation has power to do all things that are necessary or
convenient to be done for or in connexion with, or as incidental to, the
performance of its functions and the achievement of its objects.





(2) The generality of subsection (1) shall not be taken to be limited by any
other provisions of this Act conferring a power on the Corporation.
