Road Safety Board

35. Road Safety Board



(1) There shall be a Road Safety Board.

(2) The Road Safety Board shall report to the Roads Corporation.



(3) The members of the Road Safety Board shall be appointed by the Minister on
such terms and conditions as he sees fit.

(4) The Road Safety Board may regulate its own procedure.
