Power of Minister to give directions

31. Power of Minister to give directions



(1) The Corporation must exercise its powers and discharge its duties subject
to the general direction and control of the Minister, and to any specific
directions given by the Minister.







(2) Where the Corporation has been given a direction by the Minister it may
cause that direction to be published in the Government Gazette.
