Exemption of officers from liability

29. Exemption of officers from liability

The Chief Executive or an officer of the Corporation shall not be subject to
any action, liability, claim or demand for any matter or thing done or
contract entered into by the Corporation if the matter or thing is done or
contract is entered into in good faith for the purposes of carrying out a
power or duty of the Corporation under this Act.
