Regulations

256. Regulations



(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to any
matter or thing that by this Act is authorized or required or permitted to be
prescribed or that is necessary to be prescribed for carrying this Act into
effect, including prescribing-

   (a)  fees to be charged for the supply of any equipment, goods or materials
        by the Corporation or for the supply of any service by the
        Corporation;

   (e)  forms to be used for the purposes of this Act;

(2) Where any form is prescribed by regulations made under this Act, any form
in or to the like effect of the prescribed form shall be sufficient in law.
