Authorisation of other authorised officers

221AB. Authorisation of other authorised officers









(1) The Director may authorise a person who is employed or engaged by a
passenger transport or bus company to act as an authorised officer for the
purposes of this Part.

(2) The Director may authorise a person who is employed or engaged by the Bus
Association Victoria to act as an authorised officer for the purposes of this
Part.
